Mama Kitchen’s journey began in 2016
In a tiny restaurant nestled in the heart of Brooklyn. What started as a small and humble space has grown, expanding into new locations and offerings as more and more people have fallen in love with our homemade food. From catering services to Shabbat takeout, our mission has always been to share the comfort and warmth of home-cooked meals with our community.
The heart of our kitchen is our grandma’s recipes—meals we grew up enjoying, passed down with love and care. Our grandma, originally from Libya, taught us the culinary secrets that make our dishes so special. Her recipes blend the flavors of her Libyan heritage with the rich culinary traditions of our Moroccan grandpa. Every dish we prepare carries their stories and the deep roots of our family history.
